Strategic Account Manager

Mel leads the Strategic Account Manager function for LEDified and the greater UNIfied Energy Services group of companies. Mel has worked across several operational capacities for the past 9 years, always with a focus on performance, people and culture. Previously an operational manager at True Value Solar and Nu Energy, Mel has worked with an organisational behaviour and authentic development focus across startup and SME spaces. She has been actively involved in growth phase management, overseeing over 100MW of solar installations and 100,000+ LED installations.

Mel holds a Bachelor of Health Science from Adelaide University  MBA from Melbourne Business School.
