The tenants at the VACC building in St Kilda wanted to improve the look of their show room as well as reduce energy and maintenance costs. The foyer of the VACC building attracts a high volume of foot traffic so it was important to install a light that was visually appealing.

The existing 125w shop fitters were inefficient and only produces a limited spread of light. LEDified’s commercial team recommended the 15w recessed downlight for it high lumen output and low running costs.

The extended operating hours meant an attractive payback period of 8 months. The combination of the visual improvements and energy savings meant the customer extended the retrofit across the car park and offices.
